The owner of Hof Palace and Niederweiden Palace is the Republic of Austria. The restoration of the two extensive complexes was financed by Republic of Austria with co-financing by the Province of Lower Austria. Operational management, including administration and supervision, are the responsibility of the Marchfeldschlösser Revitalisierungs- und Betriebsges.m.b.H., which is under the jurisdiction of Federal Ministry of Economy, Family and Youth.
